I. Size

According to our years experience supplying hundreds of travel agencies in Taiwan, the most commonly used sizes are as follows:

5cm(W)*200cm(L)
5cm(W)*210cm(L)

3.8cm(W) with the same lengths above

Suitable for Luggage Sizes (categorized by horizontal or vertical strapping):

1. Horizontal strapping:

For luggages under 32 inches, 200cm long is ideal. You may also 210cm or 220cm if preferred.

2. Vertical strapping. Here are some quick reference:

20 inches or below: Length 200cm
24 inches or below: Length 220cm
26-29 inches: Length 240cm
32 inches: Length 260cm

Generally, strapping horizontally is more common. If there is no special requirement for vertical strapping, we recommend choosing a total length of 200 cm, 210 cm, or 220 cm, which should be sufficient for most standard luggage sizes.

In addition, since hook and loop fasteners have strong adhesion, we can add a flat, easy-to-pull tab at the end of the strap to make removal easier, perfect for those who prefer a more effortless detachment experience!

II. Color

Lugguage Strap is a long loop strip connected with a piece of hook strip. You can choose to make both hook and loop strips the same color, or 2 different colors (hook strip in one color, and loop in a another).

Here are some commonly used colors:

Standard colors: Red, Yellow, Blue, Green, White, etc
Neon colors: Neon Orange, Neon Yellow, Neon Green, Neon Pink

We can also produce based on Pantone code or swatch colors.

III. Printing

A logo is usually printed on the back side of the hook strip, as it is the most eye-catching area. You can choose single-color or multi-color printing, and the printing cost will vary depending on the number of colors used.

Lastly, we’d like to share some important notes about luggage straps.The primary purpose of a luggage strap is to prevent your suitcase from accidentally popping open during handling or transport,providing an extra layer of protection. For group tours, travel agencies often provide customized luggage straps printed with their company name. These help group membersquickly identify their suitcases,make it easier for the tour leader to assist in collecting luggage efficiently,greatly reducing the chances of lost or misplaced bags.。

However, for independent travelers not joining a tour group, we recommend avoiding straps with travel agency names. There have been cases where an independent traveler used a strap with a travel agency logo and happened to be at the same airport as that tour group. Their luggage was mistakenly taken along with the group’s, causing unnecessary confusion.

Additionally, in recent years, there have been incidents at airports where luggage straps became detached or jammed in the baggage conveyor belts, delaying luggage transport and affecting pickup times. To avoid this, we strongly recommend: Threading the strap through the luggage handle, and securing it tightly and snugly to prevent the strap from slipping off during transit.
